Busiest and Best Saturday Ever

Y'all it goes without saying that Saturdays around here are typically busy, but yesterday took the cake. It is definitely birthday season in these parts...coupled with baseball season...oy vey!!!

The pipsqueaks started their day with a star studded birthday party at the planetarium. In the meantime Dax and I ran a few little errands and went to a gender reveal baby shower for Annie & Sean. In the afternoon we joined forces at the Thomas house to celebrate Princess Charlotte's 4th birthday! After that Ethan had a baseball game against the White Sox...the other team only had 2 kids show up and NO coach so Trevor split our team in half and added their players in so that we all still got to play. Best daddy & coach ever!!! We rounded out our day at Cinco de Mayo dinner at the Hemmert house.

Needless to say there was no napping yesterday so as soon as heads hit pillows the Bradshaw Nook was silent!!

The Avengers - Age of Ultron

We spent our Friday evening out on a date watching the new Avengers movie!!

We took our chances with not opting for the theater with assigned seating and got there an hour early, but it worked to our benefit. We had decent seats and the crowd didn't really seem to roll in until about 10 minutes before the movie was set to start.

We are really enjoying our date nights, and making a conscious effort to make sure we have them. Wonderful and timeless!!
